A person read every app here and signed it before it was listed. Each listing says what the app reads, what it writes and what it may reach on the internet, taken from what was signed rather than from a description somebody typed.

Comes with the platform
Not sold here, and not installed for you either: these sit in the machine’s own Catalog from Kustlyne 1.6.3 onwards, signed with the release, and an operator presses Install. They need no licence and they are listed here so you know they exist.
Building an app for the platform?
One signed download: the command line tool, the libraries, the documentation as a site you can read offline, and worked examples. Python 3.10 or newer is the only requirement.
